Finance/Accounting - Payroll Coordinator

Finance/Accounting - Payroll Coordinator
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of employee payroll processing and reimbursement experience required. Experience processing payroll in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations required. PeopleSoft payroll experience in a high-volume healthcare environment required. Experience processing payroll for multiple shifts and various job types required. Knowledge of Federal Form W-2 reporting requirements required. Experience with automated Time & Attendance systems required; API system experience preferred. Ability to independently and accurately process payroll while meeting strict deadlines. Strong communication skills for collaboration with Human Resources, department managers, staff, and employees. Ability to work on-site MondayFriday, 7:30 AM4:00 PM. Strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills required.
