Responsibilities Help execute customer care and B2B sales strategies to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and follow up with business clients in person. Leverage customer insights to recognize market trends, define target audiences, and identify business growth opportunities. Drive sales growth by supporting lead generation, prospecting new business clients, and managing follow-up communications. Engage with potential customers throughout the full sales cycle. Maintain and organize customer records in our CRM system to ensure accurate and efficient client management. Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics to support performance improvements and strategic planning. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and managing client documentation. Qualifications A genuine passion for customer service, customer care, and sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
