Lead Solution Engineer
Virtual Vocations Inc
Driving the engineering strategy and implementation of Conga CPQ solutions, the full-time Lead Solution Engineer will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Conga CPQ, Turbo Price, and PROS solutions Establish best practices and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend optimal tools and architectures Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in technical leadership with Conga CPQ and Salesforce integration Strong knowledge of product modeling, pricing management, and workflow approval processes Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and integration tools like Dell Boomi Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps principles Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and personalization in commerce is a plus
