Accountabilities:

The Lead - Solution Engineer will serve as a strategic technical partner throughout the customer journey, helping enterprise organizations understand how technology can address their operational challenges. This role requires strong collaboration with sales, product, and customer-facing teams to create impactful solution experiences and support successful business outcomes.

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales teams during discovery sessions, solution planning, and active customer opportunities.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into clear solution recommendations and technical approaches.
• Communicate the value of software solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight product capabilities and customer benefits.
• Support complex sales cycles by addressing technical questions and providing consultative guidance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to solve customer challenges and improve solution strategies.
• Stay current with product capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance expertise.
• Advocate for exceptional user experiences and help customers maximize the value of their technology investments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in solution engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise software sales support, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• 6+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical and business challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Highly motivated, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions, IT service management platforms, or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
• Experience working with SLED, manufacturing, or large enterprise customers is a plus.
