Job Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19-24/hr

• Process vehicle titles, bills of sale, and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with state DMV regulations and title requirements.
• Research and resolve title discrepancies, missing information, and documentation issues.
• Communicate with customers, buyers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of title transactions.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a positive customer experience.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture.

• Previous title processing, title clerk, or DMV-related experience.
• Automotive, transportation, logistics, or administrative support experience.
