Senior Digital Product Manager, Telephony & Patient Communications

We're partnering with an innovative healthcare organization that's transforming how patients access and engage with care. They're seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of their telephony and patient communications ecosystem.

\n

This is an opportunity to shape critical patient-facing experiences across phone, contact center, and communication channels while partnering with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to build scalable solutions that improve access, efficiency, and outcomes.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for telephony and patient communication products.
\n
• Lead initiatives involving IVR systems, phone trees, call routing, contact center operations, and omnichannel communication experiences.
\n
• Partner with engineering, clinical, and operational teams to improve patient access and communication workflows.
\n
• Drive integrations between telephony platforms and systems such as EMR/EHR, CRM, scheduling, and care management tools.
\n
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, AI-driven capabilities, and intelligent routing.
\n
• Use data and analytics to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and key performance metrics.
\n
• Manage product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement within an Agile environment.
\n
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to build scalable communication solutions.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
\n
• Experience owning telephony, contact center, communications, or customer experience technology products.
\n
• Strong background working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
\n
• Experience managing complex system integrations and cross-functional initiatives.
\n
• Proven ability to leverage customer insights and data to drive product decisions.
\n

Preferred Experience

\n

\n
• Healthcare technology, digital health, provider, payer, or care delivery experience.
\n
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Connect, Five9, Genesys, NICE CXone, Twilio, RingCentral, Talkdesk, or Cisco Contact Center .
\n
• Experience with IVR design, call routing, patient access, scheduling, customer support, or contact center operations.
\n
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR integrations and healthcare workflows.
\n
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, conversational AI, or voice technologies to improve customer experiences.
\n
