Senior Digital Product Manager, Telephony & Patient Comms

Salary: $40,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning products in telephony, contact centers, communications, or customer experience technology
- Strong background partnering with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Experience managing complex system integrations and cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to use customer insights and data to guide product decisions
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, provider, payer, or care delivery settings
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Connect, Five9, Genesys, NICE CXone, Twilio, RingCentral, Talkdesk, or Cisco Contact Center
- Preferred: Experience with IVR design, call routing, patient access, scheduling, customer support, or contact center operations
- Preferred: Familiarity with EMR/EHR integrations and healthcare workflows
- Preferred: Experience using AI, automation, conversational AI, or voice technologies to improve customer experiences
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for telephony and patient communication products
- Lead initiatives involving IVR systems, phone trees, call routing, contact center operations, and omnichannel communication experiences
- Work with engineering, clinical, and operations teams to improve patient access and communication workflows
- Drive integrations between telephony platforms and EMR/EHR, CRM, scheduling, and care management systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using automation, AI capabilities, and intelligent routing
- Use data and analytics to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and key performance metrics
- Manage product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement in an Agile environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to develop scalable communication solutions
