HORST ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING CO seeks a Centerless Grinding Set-Up Operator to set up and operate precision centerless grinding equipment for tight-tolerance aerospace and medical components. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting tooling, setting up machines, making offsets, and inspecting parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. You’ll troubleshoot quality issues, maintain equipment, document results, and follow AS9100 and safety procedures. Work in a collaborative, family-owned environment focused on craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and producing mission-critical, high-precision parts.
