Click here to access.Time Type:Full timeRemote Type:Job Family Group:Market OperationsJob Description Summary:The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for the control of goods and products for the specified location. The Supervisor must track inventory levels, order merchandise when needed, and predict when more will be in demand. In addition, this role may manage the driver check in process to ensure that inventory accuracy is maintained.Job Description:Job Responsibilities:Maintain accurate inventory within the system. Validate weekly system comparison report and research discrepancies.Supervise and coordinate accurate logging of product and verification of inventory in a timely manner.Ensure delivery driver check-in process is completed timely and in compliance with warehouse operations guidelines.Report to the management on a daily basis productivity results and areas of opportunity.Assist manager with the physical inventory process.Complete facility closing process at end of the week.Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory/warehousingProficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation softwareMust be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlinesAnalytic and Reporting skillsUtilize sound judgement and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Ability to operate warehouse equipmentPossess a valid driver’s licensePhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephoneCompetencies:May help coordinate the work of junior members of the team.Resolves issues which are often varied and non-routine.
