The Senior Business Developer drives strategic growth and leads client development for Planted Earth Landscaping. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with custom home builders, landscape architects, and industry partners to secure new project opportunities, reinforce the company’s reputation for excellence, craftsmanship, and service, and ensure it remains the preferred contractor for the luxury residential market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to expand business within the high-end residential sector.Build, maintain, and grow relationships with builders, landscape architects, and other key industry partners.Lead the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract acquisition.Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team.Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver accurate proposals and exceptional client service.Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand visibility and positioning aligns with the luxury market.Collaborate with the executive team to align business development efforts with long-term company vision.Contribute to overall company culture by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.Success MetricsIncreased market share within targeted high-end residential sectors.Growth in annual revenue and profitability driven by new project acquisitions.Expanded and deepened relationships with key industry partners.Enhanced company brand recognition and reputation within the luxury landscape market.The Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed. This position is also eligible for commission earnings, with an earning potential of $150,000 total compensation.
