The Red Chickz is looking for a passionate, energetic, and highly organized Franchise Field Trainer to help drive the next phase of our growth.

As a Franchise Field Trainer, you will be responsible for training franchise partners, opening new restaurants, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring every Red Chickz location delivers an exceptional guest experience from day one.

What You'll Do

New Store Openings

• Lead and support new restaurant openings nationwide
• Execute opening checklists and readiness assessments
• Coordinate pre-opening activities with franchisees and corporate departments
• Assist with grand opening execution and launch support
• Ensure operational standards are implemented before opening

Training & Development

• Conduct franchisee, management, and team member training
• Facilitate classroom and in-store training programs
• Coach operators on systems, procedures, and best practices
• Evaluate trainee performance and certify completion of training programs
• Provide ongoing operational support and coaching

Operations Support

• Conduct field visits and operational assessments
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, service standards, and execution
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans
• Support franchisees in achieving operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with company standards and operating procedures

Brand Standards

• Serve as an ambassador of The Red Chickz culture and values
• Protect brand consistency across all locations
• Reinforce operational excellence and accountability
• Help franchisees create exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Multi-unit restaurant experience preferred
• Experience training teams and developing managers
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air

Preferred Qualifications

• Franchise experience
• New store opening experience
• QSR or Fast Casual restaurant experience
• Experience with training programs and learning management systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills
