Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson role based in Luray, VA. The Salesperson will engage customers in the T‑Mobile store, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate devices, plans, and accessories. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and promotions, processing sales and service transactions, activating new lines, and assisting with upgrades and troubleshooting. The role also involves maintaining store appearance, updating product displays, and ensuring that customers receive a consistent, high‑quality service experience. The Salesperson will work closely with team members to meet individual and store sales goals, follow company policies, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and industry changes. Qualifications Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond to diverse customer needs. Sales and retail experience, including consultative selling, upselling, and working toward individual or team sales targets. Solid communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional interpersonal skills, and basic written documentation. Comfort with technology, including mobile devices, wireless plans, point‑of‑sale systems, and learning new software tools. Ability to work on‑site in Luray, VA, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast‑paced retail environment. Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior wireless or telecom experience is helpful but not mandatory.
