Company Overview Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, acting as brand ambassadors and creating energy around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are the first focus. Responsibilities Assist customers in picking up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in‑store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store. Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Guide customers through their purchasing experience through thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools that enhance interactions and onboarding, such as coverage demonstrations, plan benefits, and device/account troubleshooting. Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and hand off small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships and be accountable for the company’s success. Qualifications Strong desire to learn and master the skills required of a customer advocate and to build meaningful connections with customers. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices. Ability to balance customer experience and performance goals. At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred. Minimum 18 years of age. High school degree or GED. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Reliable transportation. Full‑time (40 hours) or part‑time (20+ hours) availability.
