Staff Accountant
Buckhead Transportation/Logistics Responsibilities include: Maintaining records of business transactions such as general ledger Cost accounting Collections Reconciliations, Month-end close. Balance ledgers Reconcile accounts Enter accounts payable transactions Assist with inventory management, and prepare reports. The position requires a sharp eye for details, be highly organized, customer focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Experience:
- +5 years of Accounting experience with a strong ability to recognize and resolve discrepancies.
- General office administration experience including excellent telephone skills.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
- +2 years of ERP Experience
- Prior experience with manufacturer including inventory movements and costing highly desired
