We offer a team environment, great benefits, career growth opportunities, and ongoing support.Position SummaryIn this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience servicing vehicles through oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while learning from a team dedicated to your growth and success. You’ll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road while building your skills in a supportive, team-focused environment. This is an onsite position, Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5:00pm) with rotating Saturdays (8:00am - 1:00pm), with occasional extended hours to support customers as needed.Job DescriptionComplete oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services according to established procedures.Inspect and adjust tire pressure as needed to support vehicle performance and safety.Perform tire rotations on customer vehicles to ensure even tire wear.Conduct multi-point inspections following GM standards on automotive vehicles.Effectively communicate to the Quick Lube Advisors about any recommendations for additional vehicle servicing(s) based on the multi-point inspections.Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide customers with a professional and welcoming atmosphere.Must adhere to shop safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines.Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment.BenefitsCompensation – $16.00 - $17.00 (depending on experience), yearly longevity bonus.Advancement Opportunities – We encourage promoting from within.
