Maintenance Technician With HVAC Expertise

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC expertise to join our team! This position will perform maintenance and repair on all heating and cooling systems in the Seabury buildings. As needed, will perform other facilities duties of repair. Works with facilities management staff to perform larger projects as needed. Position requires in-depth knowledge of facility and its maintenance needs.

Full-Time: 40 hrs/wk; Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Position Requirements

Education: high school graduate or equivalent with 10+ years experience in building trades fields.

Specialized skills:

Licensed HVAC technician

Knowledge of DPH regulations

Facilities management - preferably in a like facility
