Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate RN's & LPN's to become part of our team. If providing compassionate, quality care is your passion, we have a great opportunity for you. We are looking to hire highly qualified and experienced RN's & LPN's.
This position involves providing hands-on bowel program through digital stimulation and/or suppository insertion care to our clients. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide bowel stimulation to patients and suppository insertion
- Provide ADL's to clients after completion of bowel and bladder care
- Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment to RN Supervisor
- Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
- Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
- Have experience providing bowel and bladder care and suppository insertion
- Have reliable transportation
- Superior listening, processing, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
Physical Demands:
- Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
