What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a first point of contact for customers and a key part of keeping operations running smoothly:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field teams for efficient delivery
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and timelines
• Maintain and update customer records in our system
• Resolve issues and leave customers feeling confident and taken care of

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal communication — friendly, clear, and professional
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable picking up new software quickly
• Dependable and coachable — showing up and following through matters here
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
