Technical Product Manager

About the Role
Join a leading commercial construction and energy services team as a Technical Product Manager based out of Seattle, WA. This role contributes to high-profile projects across modular construction and works alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, quality, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for one or more internal or customer-facing products.

• Partner with engineering, operations, and stakeholders to define and prioritize work.

• Translate user needs and business goals into clear requirements and outcomes.

• Measure adoption and impact, and iterate based on data and feedback.

• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related product management role within commercial construction, energy services, or related industries.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications, licenses, or formal training relevant to the role.

• Experience supporting large commercial, data center, healthcare, life science, or institutional projects.

• Familiarity with modern construction technology, tools, and workflows.
