Administrative Staff Member

We are looking for an Administrative Staff member to join our Service Department! This individual will play a key role in the daily operations of the service department by supporting both customers and service personnel in a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced setting and capable of managing multiple responsibilities at once.

Automotive Administrative Staff Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
• Answering phones and emails
• Cashiering
• Understanding and accommodation of customer needs
• Scheduling of appointments
• Various office tasks as needed

Automotive Administrative Staff Requirements:

• Ability to speak Spanish
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record
