We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contract basis and provide recruiting support across the business. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of roles alongside experienced recruiters and hiring teams in a fast-paced, evolving corporate environment.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and non-technical functions. This is not a traditional “rinse and repeat” recruiting environment — roles can be highly specialized and niche, requiring creative sourcing strategies, strong stakeholder partnership, and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar talent markets.

This person will partner closely with internal recruiters and hiring managers, stepping in to support teams when recruiting demand increases. Experience recruiting in-house within a large or global organization is particularly important, as the role requires strong business partnership, candidate management, and the ability to navigate complex recruiting processes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer for a diverse portfolio of technical and non-technical professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for specialized and hard-to-fill positions, developing creative sourcing approaches to identify and engage qualified talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, recruiters, and Recruiting Coordinators throughout the hiring process.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and interview teams on recruiting processes, candidate assessment, interview practices, and effective candidate engagement.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruiting activity within Greenhouse ATS.
• Coordinate closely with recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators to ensure a seamless and collaborative hiring process.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and thoughtful process management.
• Navigate changing priorities and shifting business needs while maintaining strong organization and follow-through.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline activity and provide insights to recruiting leadership and business partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Represent the company and its employment brand professionally when engaging with prospective candidates and external talent communities.
• Support both technical and non-technical recruiting needs, with the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally within a corporate/in-house recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions.
• Experience recruiting at a large, global organization with complex or specialized talent needs.
• Proven ability to recruit for niche, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles and articulate the sourcing strategies used to successfully fill them.
• Experience recruiting across both technical and non-technical functions is preferred.
• Strong sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Greenhouse ATS experience is required, including candidate pipeline management, interview workflows, feedback collection, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence hiring managers and business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach to working with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment where priorities and recruiting needs can shift quickly.
• Collaborative mindset and experience partnering effectively with recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, HR partners, and other cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
