CPA Staff Accountant

To support rapid global expansion, the full-time salaried CPA Staff Accountant will manage daily financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, month-end closes, and accounts payable/receivable, while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage all general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Lead the month-end and quarter-end close processes, preparing timely and accurate financial statements Oversee billing, collections, vendor payments, and expense reporting with precision and efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar credential preferred) 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in fast-paced or scaling organizations Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms) Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
