Location: Tucson, AZ (US-AZ-TUCSON-M02). Position Type: Onsite. Security Clearance: Secret (interim cleared). Salary Range: $86,800 – $165,200 (USD). Responsibilities Lead design, analysis, test and documentation of electronic circuits. Plan and execute integration and verification activities in engineering laboratories. Provide product test and troubleshooting support; support root‑cause failure investigations. Define schedules for job tasking and drive execution within planned budget and schedule. Lead individual designs and/or small teams with minimal oversight. Support internal and external technical reviews. Engage in knowledge transfer activities and mentor junior engineers. Qualifications Degree in STEM (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.) with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience. Experience with RF, power, analog, digital, or mixed‑signal circuit design and analysis. Experience with analog laboratory equipment: waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers. Experience with circuit simulation software for analysis or modeling. Knowledge of power‑supply topologies (buck, boost, buck‑boost) and analog components (FETs/BJTs, op‑amps, filters, clock/data termination, comparators). Experience with subsystems integration and test, statistical process control, and production yield improvement. Strong technical writing and formal presentation skills; experience in engineering change notices. Experience with electronics CAD for printed wiring or circuit boards. Self‑starter able to work independently and with a small technical team. Leadership in projects that deliver on schedule, budget and technical commitments; familiarity with earned value or agile execution tools. Proposal development experience is a plus.
