Job Details Date Posted: 2026-04-09 Location: Tucson, AZ (1151 E Hermans Rd, Building 801) Role Type: Onsite; Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday 3pm – 12am) Security Clearance: Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance required prior to start. U.S. citizenship required. Responsibilities Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog, and/or RF hardware on testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro‑mechanical systems. Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve document concurrency and resolve issues during production, testing, and integration. Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and root‑cause investigations. What You Will Learn Knowledge of electrical components, Circuit Card Assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuit design or analysis. Attainment of RTX Core Certification and Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority training. Qualifications Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree. Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed‑signal circuit design or analysis. Experience with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers. Preferred Qualifications Root‑Cause Corrective Action investigations. Electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystem. System design processes, test automation scripting, and PCB fabrication/assembly. Experience with Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, CST, HFSS, ADS, signal generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers. Familiarity with missile communication transceivers, IMU, GPS receiver subsystems. Subsystem integration, post‑flight analysis, statistical process control (SPC), technical writing, presentation, engineering change notices. Self‑starter, independent and team work ability, technical oversight, cost estimation, tracking, reporting. Willingness to travel Benefits Relocation eligibility. Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
