Job Description:

The Test Lead will manage end-to-end testing for the Cloud ERP, HCM and Field Service transformation.

Responsibilities :

Define test plan, including schedule

Manage development of test cases, and entry/exit criteria and execution of testing event

Lead conference room pilots (CRP), and system integration testing

Manage test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution

Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, and data teams

Ensure traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects

Oversee data validation, payroll comparison, and reconciliation activities

Establish governance for test sign-offs and readiness criteria

Guide and support testers; ensure consistent execution standards

Provide daily/weekly reporting on test progress, risks, and blockers

Key Responsibilities include:

• Define test plan, including schedule

• Guide and support testers; ensure consistent execution standards

• Provide daily/weekly reporting on test progress, risks, and blockers

• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firms respectful and courteous work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management and analysis

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems preferred, not required

• Strong experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)

• Prior experience in leading at least 2 full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity.
