Lead Line Cook

Modern Chinese restaurant is looking for a strong lead line cook ready to take on responsibility. Daily responsibilities are, but not limited to; food ordering, organizing prep, cleanliness of kitchen, expediting dinner service, rotation of inventory, and working with the General Manager to maintain daily services. Minimal experience requirements are, expediting, food ordering, and 2 years cooking experience. Must have understanding of health department standards. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and multitasking skills, and with sufficient training can be trusted to be left alone to work dinner service with the kitchen team, while maintaining standards. This is a five day work week. Compensation is hourly with potential for bonuses.
