Relationship Banker

Responsibilities Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, providing sound financial advice and collaborating with internal partners. Engage customers in community outreach and digital/traditional banking education. Lead client and prospect financial reviews, uncover additional needs, and recommend solutions. Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer and small‑business loans. Source, develop, and manage a pipeline of prospects through in‑branch and outbound activities. Resolve client issues independently across digital products and services. Support community events, volunteerism, and sponsorships. Qualifications and Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of banking and/or sales experience. Minimum 2 years developing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in a banking or retail environment. Minimum 2 years in a lending function involving loan origination and processing. In‑depth knowledge of consumer and business products, and proficiency in consumer and business lending. Ability to analyze cash flow, financial statements, and market risk. Desire and ability to use technology across online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, mobile banking, ATM, and business banking applications. May operate as a Bank MLO for open‑end transactions. All MLOs must be registered under the SAFE Act. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $22–$33 per hour, dependent on qualifications, education, and location.
