Job Title: HEDIS Reviewer III Address: Working Offsite from Caremark Location anywhere in US Job Description: Participate in the collection and review of medical records to abstract clinical information for HEDIS quality reporting. Interpret relevant clinical criteria through review of medical records, annotate via Adobe PDF, and populate data collection tools to ensure compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measures. Verify accurate and complete documentation of required information to meet regulatory, risk management, and accreditation requirements. Complete assigned abstraction and data entry daily, prioritizing tasks within established times. Work with provider offices to schedule/confirm appointments, follow-up on medical record submissions, and maintain patient rosters. Locate and review all assigned medical charts, perform abstraction, copy supporting documentation, and accurately data enter into applicable systems. Maintain project productivity while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of PHI and sensitive information. ***Critical Information*** Remote with future possibility of onsite Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm local time Compliance with confidentiality and privacy rules; able to connect via ethernet to employer-provided laptop ***Education/Licenses Needed*** Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Medical knowledge/terminology required Proficiency with databases, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email Benefits: Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
