Temp IT Support: ASC/AV Systems & Desktop Help (Atlanta)

Job Title TEMP-Technical IT Support (ASC/AV - ASC Audio Visual) Location Atlanta, Georgia Employment Type Temporary, Part‑Time Job Summary Provide support in the installation, operation and maintenance of computer systems. The position addresses a wide variety of applications, hardware, and networks. Duties will be determined based on assignment and unit needs. The role interacts consistently with unit management, faculty, and staff; advises users and other support personnel; and does not supervise any personnel. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation and peripheral hardware and software. Analyze and resolve workstation, application, and server related problems. Update desktop software/applications and maintain documentation on installed applications. Provide users with assistance in specific applications. Participate in development of standard operating procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements: Associate’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience: Up to two years of job‑related experience. Skills: Knowledge, skills, and abilities in installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software. Requires strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, customer service, system documentation, and communication skills.
