Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose clients accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs, ensuring ongoing progress is documented according to the organization's policies.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation for each session, including treatment notes and progress updates, is submitted in a timely manner per organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at St Mary's Behavioral Health Solutions, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families, often facing significant life challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role will be integral in providing culturally competent care that respects and responds to the varying backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active clinical licensure (LPC) in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly to clients and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

• Proficient in timely documentation of services delivered and adherence to deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
