We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Project Managers, Coordinators, and engineering team, and help deliver exceptional projects for our clients.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gainesville, FL. What we're looking for: Associate’s degree in business administration or related certification and/or 1 - 2 years of administration experience. Capable of managing project documentation, correspondence, and records with accuracy and consistency while simultaneously prioritizing multiple deadlines without compromising attention to detail. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members through phone calls, email, and face-to-face interactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
