The role is is designed for someone who wants more than an individual sales position.

the sales manager will play an important role in recruiting, training, developing, and leading a team, while also heling drive overall production and growth within virtual sales.

A Major part of this position is developing people - not simply managing numbers.

Compensation:

$75,000 to $95,000

Responsibilities:

• Must learn or systems and demonstrate the ability to teach and train it.

• Maintain personal production while developing the performance of the overall team.

• Build and develop a productive sales team through resumes, interviews, and personals

• Coach representatives on communication, sales skills, client's presentation and professional development. A Major part of this position is developing people- not simply managing numbers.

• As the team grows, managers will also identify individuals with leadership potential and help prepare them for additional responsibility and advancement within the organization.
