Job Overview:

The Mailroom Lead role at ABC Legal serves as the entry-level management position, guiding individuals, a small team, or project involving direct reports. Leads are responsible for ensuring their team members understand and meet their own objectives. This role requires the ability to manage day-to-day mailroom operations, manage employee timecards/scheduling, provide feedback, train employees, conduct and deliver employee reviews, and serve as a point of contact between staff and higher management.

This position is On-Site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports within the mailroom team
• Monitor and optimize mailroom workflows to enhance operational efficiency, including mail intake, sorting, routing, and outbound preparation
• Oversee printing and preparation of documents from Skye (internal system) print queues
• Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance
• Drive process improvements and suggest solutions to improve performance metrics

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proven experience in a leadership role or demonstrated leadership skills, preferably in a mailroom or logistics environment
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to produce high-volume results and meet daily goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with peers and management
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office;
• Ability to be on their feet and in constant motion for most of the day
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Salary Range : $43,200 - $48,000 per year, depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.

Schedule : Full Time, M-F

Location : Onsite our Oklahoma City Office.
