Training & Quality Specialist
Hunter Douglas
Hunter Douglas is seeking a Training & Quality Specialist to elevate field services for our custom window treatments and smart-home solutions. In this Manufacturing role, you will design and deliver hands-on training for field technicians, create technical documentation and SOPs, and conduct ride-alongs and audits to drive quality, safety, and consistency. Partnering closely with engineering, operations, and customer service, you’ll use service data and feedback to identify gaps, refine standards, and coach technicians, ensuring exceptional installations and customer experiences across North America.
