As a Relationship Manager II within PNC's Small Business Banking organization, you will be based in Greensburg, PA, Murrysville, PA; Southland, PA; Latrobe, PA; Brentwood, PA.

The job involves:

• Coordinating relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquiring and expanding client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Managing risk/return and driving quality for new and/or existing clients.
• Focusing on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
• Managing an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients.
• Demonstrating ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests.
