Commercial Account Manager Location: Aurora, CO, US. Full Time. Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, with on-call responsibilities. Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Commercial Account Management (CAM) Position can be located at any of our branches. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for commercial and large-loss projects, ensuring seamless project execution. Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, files, and billing readiness materials. Support Time & Materials (T&M) clerking, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records. Collaborate with Project Managers to collect and submit required documentation, following client or insurance carrier guidelines. Monitor project files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and industry standards. Maintain organized records within internal systems and client portals to ensure accessibility and consistency. Provide on-site project support and clerking assistance during large-loss mobilizations as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative support, project coordination, billing support, or operations preferred. Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or service-based industries preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through, accountability, and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset. Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support large-loss projects. Familiarity with T&M billing and platforms – Clerk of the Works (COW), preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software platforms. Benefits Competitive Pay: $22 - $25/Hour; negotiable based on experience.
