Operations Service Manager

As an Operations Service Manager at Burlington, you will lead the store team, managing overall operations, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with company policies. A Day In The Life Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, asset protection, and accurate record keeping. Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and maintain smooth customer flow at registers. Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs. Lead the receiving process, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks, and partner with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy. Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); set a leadership example for customers and associates, driving results in the store. Support the Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning. Assist in managing other store operations areas as needed. Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams. You’ll Come With 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty, or medium to large‑size, multi‑unit retail organization. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software. Travel may be required from time to time. Burlington offers a competitive wage, flexible hours, and an associate discount.
