Associate Family Law Attorney

Greenberg & Sinkovits, LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Family Law Attorney to join our growing practice. We are looking for an attorney with at least five years of substantive family law experience who is a skilled litigator and negotiator, takes ownership of their cases, and is interested in building a long-term future with our firm. Our firm represents clients in a wide range of family law matters throughout Cook, DuPage, Lake, and Will Counties. We pride ourselves on providing excellent legal representation and practical, thoughtful guidance to clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives. The Position The Associate Attorney will independently manage a family law caseload while working collaboratively with the firm’s partners, paralegals, and support staff. This is a primarily remote position. The firm maintains physical offices in Park Ridge and Naperville, and attorneys are expected to attend occasional in-person meetings, firm events, and other activities at these locations as needed. Court appearances and other case-related responsibilities may also require in-person attendance.
