You’ll be: Professionally handling customer communications via phone and email. Processing and managing customer orders, including updates and modifications. Coordinating customer orders with internal departments and global teams. Resolving customer concerns and complaints in partnership with Sales and other departments. Supporting accounts receivable activities with the assigned team. Providing accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders. Utilizing internal systems to manage customer activity. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assisting with additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (required). Bring previous customer service experience in a professional office or manufacturing environment. Possess strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Are self-motivated and thrive working both independently and collaboratively. Have SAP experience (preferred, but not required).
