\n \nLead mobile innovation. Build what’s next. We’re seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to drive development of a core mobile product while helping shape architecture and engineering standards across multiple product lines.
\n \nWHAT YOU’LL DO
\n• Build and deliver high-quality mobile features using React Native and TypeScript.
\n• Design scalable, reusable architectures and state management solutions.
\n• Establish mobile engineering standards and mentor internal and contractor teams.
\n• Introduce AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity.
\n• Partner with QA and DevOps to strengthen automated testing, CI/CD, and release processes.
\n \nWHAT YOU BRING
\n• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with deep React Native and TypeScript expertise.
\n• Strong Swift and/or Kotlin skills for native development and optimization.
\n• Proven experience delivering complex mobile applications in fast-paced environments.
\n• Ability to balance hands-on execution with technical leadership and mentorship.
\n• Practical experience using AI coding tools or LLM workflows.
\n \nTECH STACK: React Native, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, React, Azure, C#, JavaScript, Snowflake, SQL, Redux/Zustand.
