Myers, FL office / Friday Remote Work will be all office work, no travel to field sites Start at 7:30a until 4 or 4:30 depending on 30 min or 1 hour lunch Needs someone Excel savvy who can create reports and create Pivot tables. Looking for someone with strong data tracking skills. Easily learns new soft tools, proficient in Excel, etc. Must have construction experience. Needs to be punctual Someone who can learn from day 1 and continue to build from there * Will be taught P2 - so anyone who can work in any computer system it can be picked up quickly wants someone willing to learn and get better every day Scope of Project The construction coordinator is responsive for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs Manage & Track Milestones Create jobs in JT/Polaris Issue Jobs to design Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/Polaris Handle exceptions to the life cycle SLAs Reconcile jobs (office) Liaise with Stakeholders Point of contact for all internal comcast cross functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales Provide reporting for next level management Identify Resources Create and approve funding request Material management and reconciliation Research contracts and agreements Manage funding request/purchase order Responsible for job estimate(finance) Manage and Analyze Quality control Flow Manage quality control workflow Validate that the field quality control is performed Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed Conduct admin and Milestone Quality Control Follow admin QC checklist (materials, invoice, pictures, footages) Validate permit is closed Final invoice milestone is set Ensure all milestones are updated Close jobs Company Description What you didn’t know about us: Competitive salary Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Short/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness Protection Life Insurance and Retirement Plans Employee Assistance Program With this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!
