Santa Ana, CA | $30-$38/hour

Our client is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage multi-state payroll processing and employee benefits administration. This role will oversee payroll through ADP, support benefits enrollment and administration, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and serve as a key resource for employee payroll and benefits questions.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience
• Recent hands-on ADP payroll processing experience required
• Multi-state payroll experience required
• Canadian payroll experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and benefits administration
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
