Service Manager

Job Description Service Manager to directly manage a customer‑facing service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management, overseeing overall team performance, fostering a safe working environment, resolving customer‑related issues, training staff in effective sales techniques, performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high satisfaction, achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals, managing a budget, and addressing operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support includes assisting service representatives with pick‑up and delivery, driving a company‑owned vehicle to customer locations, and physically handling Cintas products while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill.
