This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still providing essential mental health support to those in need. With our team-oriented approach, you will collaborate with other mental health professionals, including a Nurse Practitioner, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. You will operate within a structured virtual environment, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and practice management systems to maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, facilitating initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to tailor therapy to individual requirements.

• Provide telehealth behavioral health services to individual clients and groups, ensuring that therapy sessions meet the therapeutic goals defined in collaboration with clients.

• Document client interactions and services in the EHR system, maintaining accurate and timely records for continuity of care.
\n
• Engage with clients in a culturally competent manner, acknowledging and respecting their diverse backgrounds, values, and identities during therapy sessions.

• Maintain effective working relationships with fellow clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere focused on client care.

• Write detailed progress notes and treatment summaries to report on client progress and inform future treatment decisions.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients experiencing distress and linking them to appropriate resources within the community.

• Continuously update your knowledge of best practices in mental health care, actively seeking out professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

The clients you will serve represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
