This role is responsible for managing litigation matters across the firm’s core practice areas and handling a broad range of responsibilities throughout all phases of litigation. Duties include legal drafting, discovery management (including drafting and responding to discovery), legal research, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, client and witness interviews, arbitration, and trial preparation.
