About the Company

Our client is a growing inheritance solutions firm in Miramar, FL operating at the intersection of real estate, law, and private investigations. They help families navigate inherited property, resolving shared ownership disputes, clearing legal hurdles, and locating heirs.

The firm handles the legal work and also purchases the properties, giving heirs a single, streamlined solution from start to finish. They operate exclusively in Miami-Dade County.

The Role

You'll own the legal function across a 45-case active docket, supported by a paralegal and transaction coordinator. Responsibilities include:

Managing probate and partition cases from start to finish
Drafting motions, including motions for summary judgment
Appearing at hearings
Leading and growing the legal department

Who They're Looking For

Florida bar license required
1+ years of civil litigation experience
Probate, partition, litigation, or real estate background all considered
Entrepreneurial, hungry, and willing to build - culture fit matters more than credentials

Compensation & Benefits

Base: $100,000 – $150,000
With quarterly profit sharing, total compensation ranges from $200,000 – $300,000
Path to partnership available
