Assembler | Immediate Openings | Up to $20/Hour + Weekly Pay

Position Overview: We are currently hiring Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. No advanced experience required; training will be provided.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Review work instructions and production requirements at the start of each shift.
• Assemble products and components according to company quality and safety standards.
• Conduct visual and in-process quality inspections and report any defects or concerns.
• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and other assembly equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform assembly tasks while standing or sitting, depending on production needs.

• Pay & Schedule:
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:15 PM - 10:30 PM

• Pay Rate:
• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
