Telemetry Technician

Pay Range: $17.50 - $24.50 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. HSHS St.Mary's Hospital is seeking a Telemetry Technician to join our Intensive Care unit. Telemetry Technicians observe telemetry monitors and work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure consistent patient safety. Position Specifics: · Department: Intensive Care Unit . Core Function: Nursing support · Schedule: Part-time, 24 hrs/wk,; Night shift (7pm-7am); and every third weekend · Facility: St. Mary's Hospital · Location: Green Bay, WI Education Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience Qualifications 1 year of Telemetry experience is preferred. 2 years of experience in the medical field is preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Certification in cardiac technology by the American Cardiology Association is preferred. Successfully complete basic EKG training at the first offering and 16 hours of 12-lead EKG training within 3 months of hire is required.
