Winter Park, CO | Hybrid Opportunity $21-$23 per hour DOE Housing Provided for Onsite Workdays

Express Employment is recruiting for our premier custom home builder serving the beautiful Winter Park, Colorado area, and we're seeking an experienced Office Manager to become an essential part of their growing team.


This is an exceptional career opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and supporting a team dedicated to craftsmanship and excellence. While remote work may be possible after training, the successful candidate will need to be onsite a minimum of three days per week initially. To support this arrangement, housing will be provided during required onsite workdays in Winter Park.


Experience in construction, residential building, contracting, or related trades is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, office organization, and supply management.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate administrative services.
• Support company leadership with administrative and operational tasks.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient office processes and workflows.
• Serve as the central point of communication for internal teams, helping ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Track subcontractor agreements and insurance documentation, including general liability and workers' compensation coverage.
• Assist with office budgeting, expense tracking, and administrative reporting.
• Help foster a positive, professional, and organized workplace culture.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Preferred:

• Construction, homebuilding, subcontractor management, or trades industry experience.
• Experience tracking certificates of insurance and subcontractor compliance requirements.
• Experience managing office budgets and vendor contracts.

Compensation & Benefits

• $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience
