In this role, you’ll assist customers, learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, and play an important part in helping people protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage options
• Support the sales team by helping generate quotes and follow up with clients
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day office support tasks
• Learn multiple insurance products and how to match them to customer needs
• Help identify opportunities to better serve customers
